Keylim Mikvah Usage

Under the guidance of medical professionals and the RCBC, the Teaneck Keylim Mikvah is open for self service, by APPOINTMENT ONLY, for the hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM Sunday through Thursday and 8:00AM-4:00PM on Friday.

Please note the following:

  • Usage will be limited to one family unit at a time. We ask that you sign up for one 5 minute slot by clicking here. If you need more time, please book two back to back slots. Should you require more than 10 minutes, kindly email the Mikvah. (Special arrangements can be made for newly married or engaged couples and those who have recently moved in.)

  • Please do all of your pre tevilah preparation (unwrapping, removing labels, etc.), at home to make the most efficient use of your time slot.

  • Anyone using the mikvah must wear a face covering which covers his/her mouth and nose.

  • Please be respectful of other patrons and wait in your car until it is your time slot.

  • Please also limit your time to your assigned 5 minutes session.

  • Please refrain from congregating outside of the Mikvah and maintain social distance.

  • Please feel free to bring your own gloves/hand sanitizer, if you wish, as we cannot provide them at this time.

As with any other activity now, we ask that you not patronize the Keylim Mikvah if you have been advised to stay home, if you are feeling ill or are in quarantine due to COVID-19 exposure or a travel advisory, or if you or anyone in your home is awaiting the results of a Covid 19 test.  Lastly, we ask that you be considerate of others and help us by cleaning up after yourself. There are garbage cans both inside and outside of the mikvah as well as a table set up outside to ease the process.

Thank you in advance for your consideration and cooperation during this difficult time.  Our best wishes for good health and a chag kasher v’sameach.
